Benefits of fish

Fish has been well documented as a healthy mealtime option, especially in relation to its omeg-3 content. Most likely you have heard the talk of including fish in your diet, especially as more and more research points to its direct health benefits.

Salmon, with it's high omega-3 content, is often one of the most recommended types of fish, and with the option of purchasing sustainably raised salmon, you can also help support the environment.

Salmon is also a great option for children, with its delicious taste. For those that have the time, you could even try and make salmon fishfingers as a healthier alternative to the frozen, packaged kind.

Fish can be served with a low fat brand of oven chips or quality frozen food potato product for a delicious meal.
