Sara with no h

Subtle isn't a real world in my vocabulary. I sometimes use it to emphasis not being subtle, like "anti-subtle",  or "she without subtlety".  I have proven this over and over again in my life and most obviously with hair. There is no subtle transition for me. I tried. I really did, but the impatient monster in me cannot fathom that concept. So he we are, my dark locks are a thing of the past and I fear that I might miss them, especially after looking back through so many outfit photos but I am embracing this attempt at finding my own hair color. Mostly, because Kyle is anticipating it so much. He has been very patient with all my hair colors and phases and he has been wanting to see my natural hair color ever since he saw a picture of me when I was little, again with big, blunt bangs, darker roots that fade into a lighter hue of gold and rust. Also because I am way to lazy to color it.

I am liking that there is something new, and that it is mostly even in length at the moment. I go back in eight weeks for another trim and to see how well the color is matching my roots. Although, if I just let it grow this color should be a nice transition to my natural color. I am excited to have found a stylist that I really like, she listened to me for once, she did a great job and gave me awesome tips. The best part? She is a fellow Sara! And she has no "h" like me, we are so few and far between, we Sara's with no H's, a rare find indeed.

What else is new? Um, I cooked up two batches of Hamburger helper Sunday for Kyle and I to eat this week, I used ground turkey so it's a little better for us. I also made up some mac and cheese with hot dogs. Whole grain mac & cheese and turkey dogs. Not really healthy, but the best I could manage on a budget and the lack of time I possess. I also had me time (duh, hair color) and I got all my homework done! I only had to stay up until 2:15am and then get up at 6am to do it, but that is what coffee is for right? I also think my cold is finally going away too. I managed to get part of the apartment cleaned as well and the laundry...well the laundry never sleeps but I am working on it. The best part is, there is so much fun stuff to do for fall! The next month and a half, the weekends are pretty much planned out. Organized chaos but I cannot wait :)
