Good Girls go to Paris

The Saturday recap on a Friday! Saturday morning Kyle and I headed down to Eastern Market for the Preservation Wayne Eastern Market tour. But first we had to stop off for breakfast at Good Girls go to Paris crepes. They have a lot to pick from, the Left bank being all lunch-type crepes, with spinach and veggies, meats and cheeses, the Right being all desert-type ones. Kyle and I opted for the Right, I had a cookies and creme crepe, and Kyle had a strawberry one and we traded half-for-half. There are no pictures of the crepes because we were running late for our tour and scarfed them. Or at least most of them, there was a lot of crepe.

Then we headed to the tour. It was a small group, about 8 total, and our tour guide was pretty knowledgeable. We have been to Eastern Market a million times, so some stuff we knew, but we did learn some new things. Kyle took a lot of pictures of just about everything.

 After the tour, Kyle and I headed to Rocky's to buy some candy! Rocky's is a pretty cool store, they have tons and tons of different kinds of peanuts and roasted almonds, spices, cooking fare, and LOTS of candy.

After buying way too much crap, we headed out for lunch. We decided to head over to the Bronx Bar by Wayne State. I didn't get any pics of the bar because I was distracted by the pool table. I really liked this bar, but Lauren said that it used to be a lot different and she doesn't like the changes. I kinda wished I went before they changed everything, but I still like it how it is. I had yummy food and PBR and pool was only 75 cents so I had a good afternoon.
