Seventeen

As I am fully aware that I am turning 25 this year, I came to conclusion that I was too old to be reading Seventeen magazine. I don't need dating advice, I tried the pimple advice-it does not work, and the fashion section...yeah well I am not Seventeen, and even when I was at that age I still didn't follow it. The conclusion came when I started to recognize less and less of the girls on the front cover and inside the magazine. I finally threw up my hands and told Kyle "Okay! I am done!"....then this months issue came...and Rihanna was on the cover. Someone I recognized! Then upon further investigation I found a 6 week workout guide, and since my workout plans seem to not...work, I figured what the hell.
I think that I might have convinced a few people into a few future workouts, (I do not have an Ipod, or any mp3 players at the moment so working out alone can get boring) but I know there is at least one person I can count on for a nice long walk. Look how happy he is with his new harness! He needs a new leash now, but at least he does not pull as much and he is easier to walk.
Basically my goal is two pounds per week while I am on this workout. I am going to eat healthier and try to really put an effort into this, it was my goal at the beginning of Summer to get in shape and I have been eating okay but I have barely done anything beyond that. Since I am working on this goal, I another to stick to before the end of Summer:

Reading- My original goal was to read one book a week this Summer, I have managed a few. Counting the one that I am currently reading, I have 11 more to get through by the end of Summer, I am trying to put aside more alone time each week because I know it won;t be there come Fall. Reading is one of my passions, and I am really looking forward to reading more.
