Justin Bieber has revealed that despite his fame, his mum still controls his pocket money.
The 16-year-old singer said that like most teens he is given a weekly allowance, but once it's gone, it's gone.
He told The Sun, 'I only have a credit card which allows me to spend a certain amount of money every month.
'If I reach the limit after the first week, I can't buy any more stuff until the month is over. My mum is in control of that.'
He added that his mother, Pattie Mallette, also has strong views about knickers being thrown on stage at his concerts.
He explained, 'My mum doesn't like it when that happens.
'Sometimes they have phone numbers written on them. I don't know what happens to them.'
