Cook Pork Chops

Overview

Whether you're cooking for a family of four or simply for yourself, quick and easy recipes are something no cook can afford to be without. Add to that the simple fact that PorkAndHealth.org lists pork tenderloin as, ounce for ounce, less fatty than skinless chicken breast and you have a real reason to keep more pork in your fridge.

Step 1

Measure and combine rosemary, basil, lemon juice, garlic, pepper and 1 Tbsp. of the olive oil in a glass pan.

Step 2

Add pork chops to mixture and rub in spices, making sure to thoroughly coat both sides. Cover pan and let marinate for one hour in refrigerator.

Step 3

Preheat large skillet over medium heat and add remaining 1 Tbsp. olive oil.

Step 4

Place marinated pork chops into skillet and sear for roughly seven minutes on each side or until slightly browned.

Step5

Enjoy Eating it...
