Natural Breast Enhancement Exercise

There are workout routines that target your stomach muscles, tighten your rear, tone your arms, and firm up your thighs; so what about natural breast enhancement exercise? Absolutely! One great exercise requires nothing but a wall. What you need to do is stand a couple of feet away, with both hands against the wall in front of you. Place your hands a little more than shoulder width apart. Then you do what is basically a standing version of a push-up. When you feel the pull in your chest muscles, pause and hold your position for a few seconds, and slowly raise them back to a full standing position. Do 15 of these at a time.

Another maneuver that works well as a natural breast enhancement exercise is sometimes referred to as a butterfly lift. For this one, you need a chair and a pair of hand weights (around 3 to 5 pounds each is best). Sit straight and tall on the edge of the chair with your arms down beside you. Holding your arms straight, but not locked, slowly raise them up and out until they are even with your shoulders. Hold this for a few seconds and then slowly lower them back down to your sides. Try to do 15 at a time.

A third exercise completes your workout and requires the hand weights again, and a mat or something to lie down on. Lay flat with your knees bent and your feet on the floor. Spread your arms straight out to your sides, even with your shoulders with a weight in each hand. Slowly raise your arms and swing them straight up over your chest, until your hands meet. Hold, and then lower them back down to the floor. Again, do 15 reps in a sitting.
