Watch me move

Fefe Dobson. She rocked my socks off in 2003 when I first heard "Take me away" from her debut self-titled album, and I have been hooked ever since. This Canadian-born singer writes her own songs, and has crazy talent and style.
Originally singed with major label "Island Records", her debut album was nominated for two Juno awards. Her second album, "Sunday Love" was never released due to the singles off the album not "making the charts". So Island Records dropped her. Fefe instead started working on her own, and with the help of her manager, started to put together another album. Her new album is set to be released in June 2010, called "Joy".
Her music is very girly-rock. There are a few ballads that are easy to relate too, but not generic, as well as some heavier, more guitar-riff songs. However, there are plenty of fun, dance around-like-you-don't-care songs that simply rock. I have plenty of her songs on shuffle for when I am getting ready to go out.

I love Fefe's style and her's is definitely one that I like to channel every now and again when I go out with friends. She is a little girly, but likes to lean towards the rocker side, which looks great on her.

Here are a few of her videos:
